UAB "Greituolis" (from now on referred to as the Data Controller or the Company) sets out the conditions for the processing of personal data by using the Website managed by the Data Controller www.lastmile.lt (including www.info.lastmile.lt) (the "Website") or the LastMile or LastMile fleet mobile application (the "App"), or otherwise provide personal data to the Company. The Privacy Policy describes the personal data we collect, how we receive it, on what basis and for what purposes we use your personal data, how we use it, how long we protect your personal data, who we share it with, how we take care of the protection of your personal data, and what your rights are. We respect your privacy and strive to protect your personal data. The terms and conditions set out in the Privacy Policy apply every time you access the content and/or service we provide, regardless of which device (computer, mobile phone, tablet, TV, etc.) you use. The terms used in the Rules shall be understood as defined in the GDPR.

2. PERSONAL DATA

Personal data means any information relating to a living person who is or may be identified. Individual parts of the information, which can also help identify a particular person, also constitute personal data. Please do not send any personal data, sensitive personal data, to the Company if you do not want such information to be used in any way. Persons under 18 may use the Website and/or the App and provide personal data to the Company. If you are at least 14 years of age but not more than 18 years of age, please read this Privacy Policy carefully together with a parent or guardian to understand and comply with it. The Company does not collect personal data of persons under the age of 14, and therefore, if you are under 14 years of age, you should not use the Website and/or the App and/or provide your personal data to the Company.

Please note that the amount of personal data you provide and the process by us may vary depending on how you choose to register on the Website and/or The App and the functions used by the Website and/or the App. Therefore, the scope of your personal data processed may be less than indicated above. Legal basis We process personal data to conclude and execute a contract with you, i.e., to provide you with account services through the App and/or the Website (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). If you do not provide the data specified in this clause, we will unfortunately not offer you the opportunity to create an account or use all or part of its features. Storage Your personal data is stored to administer the account for as long as your account is valid. If you haven't used your account for one year, it will be deleted. 3.2. E-SHOP SERVICES Aim Sale and delivery of goods via the e-shop (App and/or Website): order management and administration, organization of delivery, provision of order information to the customer and courier, collection of payments, communication of problems to the customer (buyer) (if any), and related administration of the e-shop. Data subjects Customers (buyers) who purchase goods through the e-shop (App and/or Website). CUSTOMER SURVEYS Aim Receive feedback on goods and/or services provided by the Company and/or its partners. Legal basis We process this information based on our legitimate interest, i.e., to receive information about the quality of goods and/or services provided by us and/or our partners (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The survey invitation is submitted by email and/or on the Website or App. Still, the information we provide in the survey is always anonymous and not linked to a specific person. You have the right to refuse to participate in feedback surveys at any time by clicking on the link in the email or account settings. Storage Your personal data will be processed for this purpose until you refuse to participate in feedback surveys, but in any case, no longer than your account will be valid. 3.4. DIRECT MARKETING Aim To inform you about the goods or services, news and other relevant information provided by the Company and/or its partners. Data subjects Customers who have created an account in the App and/or the Website or purchased goods through the e-shop (App and/or Website) and other persons who have expressed their consent to receive such information. Legal basis We process this information based on our legitimate interest, i.e., to provide you with information about the goods or services provided by the Company and/or its partners, news, and other relevant information (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). When we process your personal data for direct marketing purposes on this basis, we use your personal data only for the marketing of our similar goods or services. You are allowed to object to such use of personal data already by providing personal data and at any time later by clicking on the link in the email or account settings. We may also process your personal data for this purpose based on your express consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). COOPERATION WITH COURIERS Aim Cooperation with couriers collecting, purchasing and/or delivering goods purchased through the e-shop (App and/or Website) and administration of their activities. Data subjects Couriers, providing goods collection, purchase from trading venues and/or delivery services to the Company based on individual activity or a business certificate. Legal basis We process personal data to conclude a service contract with you and execute it (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We also process this information based on our legitimate interest, i.e. to administer the agreements concluded with you, the activities of the App and/or the Website and to ensure its continuity (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). In some instances, for example, when keeping records or to as sure your right to provide services, we process your personal data following our legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). If you do not provide the data specified in this clause, we will unfortunately not be able to conclude a contract with you, and you will not be able to provide us with services. Storage Your personal data is stored for 10 years from the end of the service agreement. 3.6. COOPERATION WITH OUR PARTNERS AND SUPPLIERS Aim Collaboration with our partners – suppliers of goods and services, who want to use the benefits of the App and the Website, and suppliers who provide goods or services to the Company. Legal basis We process personal data to conclude a contract with you (or take action before completing it) and to execute it (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). If you do not provide the data specified in this clause, we will unfortunately not conclude or execute the contract with you. Storage Your personal data is stored for 10 years from the expiry of the contract. In the absence of a contract, the data relating to communication shall be kept for 2 years after the relevant submission of the data. 3.7. SELECTION OF EMPLOYEES Aim Processing of personal data of candidates wishing to take up a job in the Company. Data subjects Candidates to work for the Company. If you do not provide the data specified in this clause, you will unfortunately not be able to participate in the selection process and conclude an employment contract with the Company. Storage Your personal data is stored during the selection period for a specific position and for a further 6 months after the end of the selection period, unless agreed / the data subject agrees to a more extended period. 3.8. SOCIAL NETWORK ADMINISTRATION Aim Management and management of the Company's social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube) accounts and communication with social media users. Legal basis - Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); - conclusion of a contract with you (or, if necessary, actions to be performed at your request before the conclusion of the contract) (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); - our legitimate interest in examining your request and providing you with accurate and complete information about our services and activities (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Storage Data is stored for 1 year after receiving your request. In individual cases, following the requirements of the applicable legislation, your personal data may be stored for a longer period. If you do not provide your personal data, we may not properly process your request and provide you with the requested information. 3.10. The legal basis on which we use minimum cookies is our interest in ensuring the proper functioning of the Website and the App (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). ENSURING LEGAL REQUIREMENTS AND RESOLVING DISPUTES The Company may process all of the above personal data to assert, execute or defend against legal requirements. For this purpose, we will process personal data based on our legitimate interest in maintaining, exercising or defending ourselves against legal claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We will process them for this purpose until the end of the relevant legal proceedings (e.g. the settlement of a claim, the entry into effect of a court or arbitration award).

4. TO WHOM DO WE DISCLOSE YOUR INFORMATION?

The Company may share your personal data with third parties (data processors) providing services to the Company and acting on its behalf (e.g. companies providing marketing/advertising services, companies providing data centre services, IT service providers, accounting service providers, etc.).
